Leith Energy Storage is a proposed new 1GW energy storage project located at land northeast of Plumpton, Cumbria.
The EIA scoping opinion request has been submitted to Westmorland and Furness Council and it can be found on their planning portal using the reference: 2026/1499/SCOPE.
