A Chartered Town Planner (MRTPI) working in the planning and development industry since 2015. Phil has experience leading commercial scale solar and battery projects through the planning process and is passionate about community engagement. He has provided planning consultancy services for large scale developers across the UK, including land promotion at local plan examinations. He brings a detailed knowledge of local and regional planning, having held planning officer roles in Belfast and London. Phil holds a MSci (Hons) in Planning, Regeneration and Property Development, from Ulster University.
